Metropolitan and Special Districts are units of local government authorized by Article-1 of Title-32 of the Colorado State Statutes. A special district provides public improvements and services to its property owners and residents. A metropolitan district is a special district that provides two or more types of improvements and services.
No, however there are active Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, as well as Design Guidelines, for the Lewis Pointe Metropolitan District. Please be sure to familiarize yourself with these Documents located on the Documents page.

Regular Board Meetings are held on the first Monday of November of each year. Special Board Meetings are scheduled as necessary.
